My Nguyen is the creator of Myhealthydish.com which is a blog dedicated to her homemade healthy recipes. She is most popular on Instagram @myhealthydish_ where she has over 1 million followers. She recently released her first cookbook “My Healthy Dish” with more than 85 fresh recipes for the whole family. My resides in Brentwood California with her husband and twin girls. Back then, My would always overcompensate by letting people take advantage of her kindness.
