Lisa Siefert is an online fitness coach for women romance writers and bloggers. Her goal is to help women writers/bloggers to become the best they can be in fitness, their career and in life. She also recently quit her job to pursue her dream of becoming a romance writer herself. Lisa was adopted by Caucasian parents, it was difficult for her to love the skin she was in since she was ashamed of her own culture. She felt to be beautiful, she had to be someone other than her culture.
