Murray says that it is important to focus on what your customer’s problem is and how you can solve that. Then you have to communicate how you are solving that problem in a way that people will understand.
You have to understand your target persona and ask:
- Who is my person? - What resonates with them? - What do they love?- How do I combine what they love with my product so they can absorb it?
Doing these really well are the keys to successful marketing.
