Dan Eisenhardt, FORM Founder and CEO, has chlorine in his blood. He loves the sport, and that passion has driven his innovation developing the industry-groundbreaking FORM Smart Swim Goggles.
Founded in 2016 in Vancouver, Canada, FORM is the tech-enabled swim platform with a simple mission: to break down the barriers between what swimming is and what it could be.
FORM uses smart goggles and guided real-time workouts to make swimming endlessly motivating and fun.
