Show Notes
Have you ever stopped to ask yourself, why do we even do this? Who told us this was normal? Who told us this was the only way?
In this episode, I am having a real, honest conversation about the danger of normalizing dysfunction. A lot of us are walking around thinking we are okay when really, we are just surviving the cycles we were born into.
I am sharing my story, the toxic patterns I grew up thinking were normal, and the hardest parts of unlearning everything I once believed. I also talk about the tools that have helped me break generational cycles, how I am still unlearning, and why healing is not always easy, but it is always worth it.
This episode is not about shame. This is about reflecting, being honest with yourself, and realizing you do not have to pass down what hurt you.
Whether you grew up with loud dysfunction or quiet emotional neglect, I hope this episode gives you the space to question, to heal, and to remember you are not alone.
