Medicinal Mushrooms with Olga Katic – Epi-3725

Today we’re diving into the underground world of medicinal mushrooms with Olga from Mushroom Mountain. Olga grew up foraging mushrooms in the forests of Bosnia and Hercegovina, learning from her grandparents which ones to eat, which to toss, and how to live with the land instead of just on it. These days, she runs Mushroom Mountain, a powerhouse operation producing spawn for edible and medicinal varieties, plus mushroom extracts and honeys under the Mycomatrix label. But that’s just scratching the surface.
