Alan McKeown MA AssocRICS DipRSV is an independent residential surveyor based in Cheshire. He set up his company Plumb Stone Surveyors in 2017. He has a background in damp surveying, qualified as AssocRICS in 2019 and now conducts damp surveys, HomeBuyer Surveys and Building Surveys. The main focus of his surveys is on building pathology and a preference for heritage property. He is currently doing a conservation course via the CIOB.
