1 - It is and always will be about the product.
If you don't choose the right product, it's not going to sell...
That is why we have such a thorough research process, to ensure we have selected the best products for our business.
A common mistake we see is that people find a product that doesn't exactly tick the boxes of what we're looking for but in their minds, they have qualified it anyway. They convince themselves that it is what they should be selling, even if the data says otherwise.
2 - All about the numbers - if the numbers don't work, the product doesn't work.
Sometimes you have to slow down to speed up.
Be methodical with the data. It may take longer to secure the right supplier, but if it helps to ensure you are doubling your money it's well worth following the procedure!
3 - Sell in multiple markets with multiple products.
If you only focus on one market, it's do or die.
If you spread across markets, you are only going to get access to more customers and make more sales as a result.
