Mara is a prolific producer, screenwriter, and showrunner who has helped reshape the television landscape by blessing us with iconic shows like “Girlfriends,” "The Game,” “Being Mary Jane,” “Black Lightning,” — and so many others!
In our conversation, we talk about how Mara honors her intentions and goals as an artist by traveling, playing tennis and finding ways to fill her cup outside of work.
