Often times we self sabotage. We get so caught up in moments we allow them to handicap us. Have you heard the saying "If you knew better you'd do better". Well I disagree. I believe "If you WANT better, you will DO better". Are you ready for a real conversation?

Sometimes we get so caught up in the moments of today we forget to focus on our moments for tomorrow.....

A part of finding THE STRENGTH WITHIN is embracing moments for what they are, and accepting people for who they are. Oftentimes, we get so caught up in the trial and tribulation, we forget to "Let Go". God blessed you to see another day. Did you let yesterday's trials and tribulations go? Always remember, every trial and tribulation only lasts a moment. We can allow these moments to handicap us or we can allow them to give us STRENGTH!!

A part of finding THE STRENGTH WITHIN is understanding, when God blesses us to see another day, he's blessing us with another chance to figure it out. For every negative there is a positive. Everything we go through only last a moment. And once these moments pass they become a part of our past. Are we going to allow these moments to handicap us or are we going to allow them to give us STRENGTH?

We all go through trials and tribulations in life! Don't you ever allow someone to make you feel less than, all because you feel emotions! Some of us are DELUSIONAL ASF and put others down for having triggers from our trials, tribulations and traumas. There is nothing wrong with you! You are human, resilient and STRONG!!!
