- What are your rates, costs, fees and minimum down payment
- What ratios are you looking for
- What data do you use to prove the ratio
- Can you use STR data
- Are you delegated with the investor or will the investor be processing, underwrite, order appraisal, close and fund the loan
- Do you lock up front
- What can change the rate/cost/required down from beginning to end
