我國二次金改時間大約是民國93年到97年
二次金改打的是一個限時限量的政策
多數焦點卻是財團與政府的利益牽扯
但，合庫與農銀的這樁合併案
並沒有發生財團介入，並沒有發生員工抗爭、並沒有發生街頭運動
堪稱是二次金改的優良典範
