After years of working as an international model, Nikki started to realize that she was tired of always wanting to be "skinny" and started pursuing her new desire - health. Through her work as a health coach and wellness blogger, Nikki's mission is to spread the knowledge of healthy living for the mind, body and soul. ACCLAIMED AUTHOR OF THE 5-DAY DETOX. Previously an internationally sold e-book that has changed the lives of thousands of people worldwide, the 5-Day Real Food Detox is now being released to a wider audience through Random House this March. The book represents the power of Nikki's knowledge of health, wellness and clean eating. WELLNESS EXPERT. Soon after becoming a certified Health Coach and Wellness Expert, Nikki knew she wanted to spread health to more people than counselling alone would allow. That is why Nikki quickly took to the Internet to share her knowledge through health blogging, creating 8 recipe and nutrition e-books, and most importantly, through the 5 Day Detox. She also frequently works as a Health Coach, both locally and via Skype, to help teach her clients how to change their lives through nutrition. From international model to Wellness Expert, Nikki grew her online presence exponentially in the three years since she started her company. Nikki believes in having a transparent brand and is adamant about sharing events, products and places that she truly believes in.
