When it comes to court rulings (or anything for that matter), we mustn't be quick to believe the picture the media paints. Over the past year, the Supreme Court has handed down some lawful and rational decisions, but news outlets and even our own president have made misleading and dangerous statements about these rulings. Let's remember the role of the Supreme Court is to interpret laws, not write them.
