In this week's Q & A, John and Chris explain the difference between Strength Training and Training for Sport. As coaches our job is to help athletes prepare for their sport; not pursue their powerlifting and bodybuilding goals. Although there's a time and place for strength under a bar, those numbers aren't the objective.... The objective is for us to develop them into absolute units who dominate on the field. As coaches we've collectively failed these athletes. We need to fix this and do right by our athletes.
