106 people have been killed in car crashes on Manitoba highways this year. 14 have died on the road in Winnipeg so far in 2016. That means 120 times this year, a Police Officer has had to knock on a door to tell someone that a person they love... is dead. Global News reporter, Matt Carty, spoke with a Winnipeg Police Officer who has had to do just that.
