Russian economist Constantin Gurdgiev talks to Eamon about the state of Russia's economy in light of sanctions and as the cap on the price of Russian oil exports is introduced with a cap on petroleum products to to follow on 5th February 2023. Constantin Gurdgiev is the Associate Professor of Finance with University of Northern Colorado and an Adjunct Professor of Finance with Trinity Business School in Dublin.
