In an 86-61 vote, the Texas House passed Gov. Greg Abbott’s private school choice program last week. The proposed $1 billion program would enable Texas students to receive scholarships to attend private school, or use the funds for tutoring or other educational expenses.Join Ellie Gardey Holmes and Lyrah Margo on this episode of The Spectator P.M.
