Last week, Rep. Nancy Mace introduced a resolution to ban people from using U.S. Capitol restrooms that do not conform with their biological sex. House Speaker Mike Johnson then created a rule that did just that. This was all in response to incoming Delaware Rep. Sarah McBride, who is the first member of Congress to identify as transgender.
