There's a natural process that a boy goes through on his way to becoming a man. But arriving at manhood isn't as simple as turning a certain age or achieving anything superficial. Certain foundations have to be laid along the way so that each stage of growth has something solid to build on and the boy develops a solid character. Going through this development with fathers and strong masculine role medals is essential.
