A mixture of snow and rain is creating hazardous conditions across South Dakota this morning, with freezing rain now being reported in several areas. This is the first of two winter systems expected to impact the state over the next few days. Right now at 2 A.M., temperatures are hovering around 30 degrees with that wintry mix falling steadily.
