If you haven't heard of or used this before, this can be an amazing way to work with Amazon in very specialized ways. Account managers have a lot of experience and can maneuver through a lot of the issues that can occur when dealing with Amazon. This can even act as an insurance or a buffer for suspensions and other issues as well.
