This episode is the first in my 4 part series entitled, My 4 Best Moves In 2023. I talk about raising my prices, which is in my estimation the best move out of the 4. I make the following points:
- One of the main humps to get over in raising prices is the fear of losing customers
- Once I raised my prices, many of my customer expected it and did not leave
- Some customers who tipped previously tipped even on top of the raised price
