In this episode, I talk about the challenge of scheduling your jobs efficiently, and I make the following points:
- Oftentimes it is not most efficient to schedule jobs on a first-come-first-serve basis
- It is best to schedule jobs where they are as close to one another as possible on any given day
- The caveat to doing it like that is that you must stay on top of the follow-up to pin down the day and time of the job
