The transcript of the opening statements in Trump's hush money trial has just been released. Prosecutors laid out their case as a criminal conspiracy and the defense argued that there is "nothing wrong with trying to influence an election." The first key witness, tabloid executive David Pecker, is set to resume his testimony in the trial tomorrow and one of Trump's former lawyer weighs in. Plus, a hearing is set for tomorrow morning on whether Trump violated a gag order and his legal bills are draining his leadership PAC.
