The clash between executive and legislative powers continues as the January 6th Committee is set to vote on whether to hold Steve Bannon in criminal contempt for defying a subpoena. Congress is looking for documents and records of conversations Bannon had with Trump in the days leading up to the capitol riots but Bannon is yet to provide them. The details of Bannon’s claims and more are examined tonight as the vote fast approaches.
