Although I wholeheartedly believe in the healing power of Ayurveda, I still choose to stay in the Western medical system.
In this episode I explain the difference between Ayurveda and Western medicine, why I continue to see my doctors regularly and how I use Ayurvedic philosophy to lessen any damage from my recommended yearly colonoscopy.
My hope is for you to think about how you can integrate Ayurveda into your medical care in a way that is nourishing and healing.
