Jillian Orr splashed onto the stage when she was graduating from Brigham Young University, the Church of Latter-Day Saints university. On the stage, on camera and in front of thousands, she opened her graduation gown and displayed a Rainbow Flag, the LBGTQA+ banner.
This episode explores coming out, in terms of walking on that stage, reconciling your faith and your identity and the role of becoming, I am sure it was like being transformed, into an activist.
