He has more than 30 years' experience drawn from military service, small business ownership, executive coaching, strategy development and organization design consulting.

Dr Barnes received his Bachelor in Business Administration from Manhattan College (NY), his Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, his Master of Science in Strategic Studies from Air University and his PhD in Organization Development from Benedictine University. The title of his dissertation is Organization Design for Small Business: A Discovery of Business Fundamentals for Executing a Purposeful Path to Profitability.
