David Komar CEO of Culture Guide. The company teaches CEOs and other leaders how to build great organizational cultures using the process that he developed over his 30+ year Army career.
He served over 31 years on active duty in a variety of positions and retired at the end of 2018 as a Brigadier General. BG Komar’s career enabled him to travel and live all over the US as well as across the world. He is a veteran of Operations Deserts Shield and Desert Storm as well as Operation Enduring Freedom.
He’s writing a book and speaks on this topic as well.
