It truly takes a village.
When it comes to growing the game of volleyball, First Point Volleyball Foundation is at the tip of the spear when it comes to the mens side. I had the privelage to sit with two legendary figures in the volleyball ethos, Kenny Rogers of California and Sarah Conklin of North Carolina. They are two links in the chain building and growing the high school branch of boys and mens volleyball. Pay close attention as they both share with us the journey of growing the game of boys volleyball with all the challenges and triumphs that come with it.
When culture matters and coaches make a difference.

In this episode, I sat on the beach with US Olympian, USA Volleyball Coach, LOVB Head Coach and Team Rockstar Volleyball owner, Matt Fuerbringer. We had a great conversation that spanned the gamut of volleyball from young kids who play to the international professional level. My summation... You've got to put the work in.
