This shameful violation of the First Amendment was videotaped, and bystanders can be heard telling the police, “You guys are acting like thugs.”</p><p>4–A study out of the University of Michigan shows that 12th grade boys are becoming more conservative compared to girls, who are increasingly liberal.</p>

He also ranked No. 1 on the “Disinformation Dozen” list of the Biden administration. Some employees believe the decision was politically motivated against Mercola over his stance on COVID-19.</p><p>Dr. Mercola tweeted Tuesday night, “Chase Bank has shut down our business bank accounts along with the accounts of my CEO and CFO, as well as their family members (including spouse and child). They’ve refused to provide any reason for doing so, the oldest account has been active for 18 years.”</p><p>3– Biden’s nominee for the top Pentagon job is an unapologetic DEI activist. Biden has appointed Charles Q. Brown pushes DEI in euphemistic terms that are appealing to the public and allude to fairness and equal opportunity. Target’s market value was over $74 billion before the Pride displays made national news, as tracked by Dow Jones Market Data Group. The retailer initially irked conservatives with Pride displays that featured items such as assorted children’s apparel and “tuck-friendly” women’s swimsuits, but some in the LGBTQ community also became outraged when the displays were dialed back ahead of Pride Month. Shares fell to $126.48 when the market closed Monday after eclipsing $161 just last month. Three Wall Street firms have since downgraded the shares on concerns over slowing sales. Target shares are just shy of a 52-week low of $125.08.</p>

Lazar Allah Rakha, attorney for Noman Masih, said that the sessions court announced its verdict at the New Central Jail Bahawalpur, in Punjab Province, though the prosecution failed to provide evidence of the blasphemy charge against him. “I’m extremely disappointed by the conviction, because there was absolutely no case,” Rakha told Morning Star News. “There was no proof against Noman, and none of the witnesses produced by police could corroborate the blasphemy allegation against him.” –Police have raided a Christian education and help center in China, detaining both the pastor and the employees in the process. Police raided the Shengjia Christian Education and Help Center in Shunde City, Guangdong province, last week. Authorities searched the building and confiscated all teaching supplies. Four co-workers and Pastor Deng were arrested. According to ChinaAid, on May 25th, all their families received criminal detention notices. Each Christian was given a 30-day criminal detention for “illegal business operations.” Pastor Deng and his four co-workers are detained at the Shunde Nanhai District Detention Center. On May 24, at 8:30 a.m., a few dozen police officers, national security officers, and religious affairs personnel suddenly broke into the Christian Education and Help Center. They flooded into the office and searched the center, prying open doors and searching through personal belongings. The search ended in the afternoon as police took computers, desks, chairs, and coloring books. Once they sealed the door, officers dispersed everyone else who was present. –Christian preacher Damon Atkins exercised his rights guaranteed in the First Amendment at Reading, Pennsylvania’s first-ever “Pride March and Rally,” last weekend, supported by the city’s Democrat Mayor Eddie Moran, and was arrested. The LGBT crowd claps as he is handcuffed. –A valedictorian and senior class president’s speech goes viral as she shares her faith and testimony in Jesus Christ. –Oklahoma softball team shocks the audience by giving an incredible testimony of faith in Christ on TV. –A recently amended California bill would add “affirming” the sexual transition of a child to the state’s standard for parental responsibility and child welfare, making any parent who doesn’t affirm transgenderism for their child guilty of abuse under California state law. AB 957 passed California’s State Assembly on May 3, but a co-sponsor amended it after hours in California’s State Senate on June 6. Assembly Member Lori Wilson, D-Suisun City, wrote the bill and introduced it on Feb. 14. State Sen. Scott Weiner, D-San Francisco, co-sponsored it. Wilson’s child identifies as transgender. The California bill would steal children from parents who refuse to affirm gender delusions.</p>

<p>California Governor Gavin Newsom is calling for a 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution to restrict the 2nd Amendment and limit Americans’ God-given right to keep and bear arms, and he wants to use an Article V “Convention of States” to do it, explain Alex Newman and Christian Gomez in this special episode of The Sentinel Report. According to the California Governor’s Office, “Today Governor Gavin Newsom proposed a 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution to enshrine fundamental, broadly supported gun safety measures into law. While leaving the 2nd Amendment unchanged and respecting America’s gun-owning tradition, the Governor’s proposal guarantees common sense constitutional protections and gun safety measures that Democrats, Republicans, independent voters, and gun owners overwhelmingly support – including universal background checks, raising the firearm purchase age to 21, instituting a firearm purchase waiting period, and barring the civilian purchase of assault weapons.” Gomez, who researches this issue and just published an article about it in The New American magazine, warned that leftists would seek to change the mode of ratification to undermine other key elements of the Constitution as well. The 2nd Amendment is not the only item on the chopping block; if Governor Newsom had his way, America would pass his radical amendment by invoking an Article V Convention to revise the Constitution. “Passage of the 28th Amendment will require a convention to propose amendments to the United States Constitution, also known as an Article V Convention or amendatory convention.” said Newsom’s office, “Working in partnership with members of the California State Senate and Assembly, California will be the first state in the nation to call for such a convention with a joint resolution being introduced by California State Senator Aisha Wahab and Assemblymember Reggie Jones-Sawyer. The Governor will work with grassroots supporters, elected and civic leaders, and broad and diverse coalitions across the nation to fight for the passage of similar resolutions in other state legislatures to ensure the convening of a constitutional convention limited to this subject. 33 other states, in addition to California, would need to take action to convene such a convention.” Americans must be informed and ready to push back against the attacks against our 2nd Amendment rights and the safety of our Constitution as written. <p>State nullification is the “rightful remedy” for overturning federal usurpations of power, explains Peter Rykowski, research associate and bulletin editor for the John Birch Society, in this episode of The Sentinel Report with Alex Newman. Peter has become an expert in researching and promoting the Constitutional safeguard of nullification. Based directly on Article VI of the U.S. Constitution, nullification provides the states with the liberty to invalidate federal laws that are not pursuant to the Constitution’s enumerated powers. Article VI, Clause II of the Constitution supports nullification by stating, “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding,” explained Rykowski. Nullification is found in the first section of the afore-written sentence. The statement “in Pursuance thereof” is the key element. Any laws passed that are not made in pursuance of the Constitution and its enumerated, limited, and restricted powers, shall not be considered the supreme law of the land and should therefore be nullified. <p>The federal government was exposed funding left-wing extremists promoting propaganda painting conservative Americans as potential dangers to the nation, even suggesting a link between conservatives and National Socialists (Nazis), explain Alex Newman and Paul Dragu in this episode of The Sentinel Report. The next level up is dubbed “Alt Lite,” the smaller and supposedly more “extreme” organizations such as conservative-leaning Breitbart, Prager U, Infowars, Turning Point, and other groups. After that come the National Socialists, white supremacists, and even violent organizations at the top two levels, many of which are populated by and even led by federal agents and informants working to radicalize drug users or mentally ill victims for the purpose of manufacturing a “far-right” crisis. But in reality, putting National Socialists in the same category as conservatives and libertarians is preposterous. Nazis are far-left, on the same end of the spectrum as Communists and Democrats today, as they all believe the state should dominate and the rights of individuals should be curtailed. Suggesting that more than half of Americans are involved in far-right radical extremism is a brazen effort to chill free speech and terrorize political opposition to the extremist Biden administration. This is the sort of propaganda used by totalitarian regimes to target those who oppose them. Congress must get involved and hold those responsible to account. The FBI revoked his security clearance because apparently the FBI believes that any views contrary to its own regarding what occurred on January 6 constitutes disloyalty to the United States. –Larry Page Epstein probe: The US Virgin Islands is unable to subpoena Google co-founder Larry Page over potential ties to Jeffrey Epstein because he cannot be physically located, federal court filings reveal. A motion filed by the attorney general for the US Virgin Islands said investigators tried to identify a physical address at which Page, 50, could be personally summoned to appear in a court. After identifying four possible addresses, none of which were ‘valid’, prosecutors are requesting the federal government allow Page to be summoned via Alphabet, Google’s parent company, as he is still a member of its board.
