Dershowitz calls for judge Mercan to step down from the case and allow one of the other hundreds of qualified judges in NYC take his place. Jim McLaughlin, another friend of the show gives us the scoop on how these lawfare strategies are backfiring as 7 out of 10 people see it as politically motivated and 6 out of 10 people think it's all being orchestrated by team Biden.
