As the DNC conventions continues in Philadelphia, Reuters released a new poll that had Donald Trump ahead nationally by 2 points. It's not unusual for a candidate to see a bump following the party convention but, as Sean explains, this is the first time Trump has been ahead in the Reuters poll since May.
