Dan Huff, former White House attorney, is sounding the alarm in a powerful Wall Street Journal op-ed. Huff argues that Judge Boasberg’s deportation order—and dozens of similar injunctions—are legally invalid because they fail to impose the mandatory bond required under Rule 65(c) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Without such bonds, these rulings may not be legally enforceable.
