Newt Gingrich, former Speaker of the House and author of March to the Majority, joins us to discuss his perspective on the handling of the hurricanes and the storms that made landfall in Florida, GA, TN, and North Carolina. The Speaker was a co-chair of the BENS (Business Executives for National Security) working group which responded to a congressional request after the disaster of Katrina. This group spent a year reviewing how to deliver emergency aid dramatically faster, more efficiently and more effectively than the traditional bureaucracy.
