Monica Crowley fills in for Sean and hits the ground running with her detailed timeline of former CIA Director John Brennan's fall from grace. One thing Crowley focused on was Brennan's efforts to weaken the CIA's operations division. "Brennan's CIA filled gaps with foreign intelligence sources," explained Crowley, "So basically the CIA started subcontracting American espionage." Crowley continued, "That outsourcing allowed them to insulate themselves from exposure and responsibility."
