Jordan Sekulow, Executive Director of the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ), co-host of Jay Sekulow Live and author of The Next Red Wave: How Conservatives Can Beat Leftist Aggression, RINO Betrayal & Deep State Subversion, discusses the ACLJ’s FOIA Request to President Biden’s DHS. The DHS will have 20 business days (about a month) to comply with the law in properly responding to our FOIA Request – if they don’t the ACLJ will take them to federal court in Washington, DC. The ACLJ is demanding records of communications and memos, etc., going back to January 2022, about this Board.
