Tom Hovey is a Food Illustrator and Designer whose work can be seen on the much-loved television show 'The Great British Bake Off'. Tom and his team are behind the illustrations of the delicious bakes you see accompanying the bakers making their signature, technical and showstopper bakes! Georgie had SO much to ask Tom; from how it works, to the sheer quantity of work he and his team must do across all the 'Bake Off' shows.
