This week we're joined by none other than Lottie Drynan. If you're not familiar with Lottie, she is a prominent body confidence advocate and influencer known for her impactful work in promoting body positivity and mental health. She is the founder of "You've Gut This," creating a community dedicated to supporting individuals with gut health issues, and "Tummy Diaries," where she shares personal experiences and insights to help others navigate their gut health journeys.

More recently, in collaboration with GBBO contestant Laura Adlington, they have launched their new instagram channel "Same Dress Different Bodies," created , which highlights the beauty of diverse body shapes and sizes by showcasing different women wearing the same outfit. Which recently had a hugely successful sold out live show.
