Welcome back to another edition of NFL University! Stephen Serda, Kyle Posey, and Justis Mosqueda react to Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields being named the starter this weekend against the Cleveland Browns. There are currently seven 0-2 teams in the NFL, but there's a couple that we aren't quite ready to write off. Also, there are seven 2-0 teams in the NFL, but they still have some work to do before the guys are ready to invest. We wrap the show up with this week's edition of 'the rookie report card.'
