Episode 81 - in this episode of The Salty Yak Podcast we (Cary, Nic, Ryan and Chris B.) talk about it being the time of year to chase bulls redfish off the beach! We discuss what to use to catch them and the proper way to revive them to bred another day. We then flip over to chasing nilgai bulls! We discuss a little history of the nilgai and our plans on how we intend to go after them with stick and string!

EP 80 - Cary, Roger and Robert talk about how to pick "the spot" to fish a kayak tournament, kayakers vs jackass boaters and tips on emergency kayak hull repair.

EP 79 - I interview Dr. Mark Standley about his book Fishing on Kayaks - Book of Questions. We find out who Mark really is (inside joke), hear about his exciting life and talk about his book that every kayak angler should read!

EP 77 - Cary and Kevin sit down with Chris Lopez and Elvis Cortinas and talk about broadheads and building arrows. We share stories about how we all got into bowhunting, some stories, FOC arrows and building arrows for nilgia hunting!

EP 74 finds The Salty Yak in Port O'Connor, Texas helping take the children of fallen heroes on a 4 day saltwater fishing trip. Heroes' Legacy Outdoors is a non-profit that takes the children of fallen military and first responders on fishing and hunting adventures.
