We go deeper into the nuance of successful cold calling, discussing the difference between adaptation and inconsistency, how different markets require different "scripts," how he doesn't really use "a" script and instead adaptively applies a variety of scripts to suit each selling situation (i.e., "modular adaptation"), and the role of authenticity in building trust during a cold call.
