In this episode we discuss the use or rather over-use of multi parcel auctions when they may not be in the sellers best interest. There are times when an auctioneer may recommend the multi parcel auction method because the auction company is accustomed to conducting these type of events. What if simply subdividing the property into individual tracts and offering them individually would yield a higher return for the seller and not over-complicate the process. We are joined by our good friend and professional auctioneer, Corky Heard from Clinton, Oklahoma as we discuss the strengths and weaknesses with multi parcel auctions.
