Joining us in the studio is Pete Reese, owner of Turning Profit which is a successful land acquisition and divestiture firm. Pete hosts a powerful podcast show and is a very prominent vacant land investor that has been in real estate for many years. He gives a ton of insight about the strategies he uses for acquisition as well as landing the sales and then repositioning the property for resale. His company sold $3.5 million in 2022 and they are on target to greatly surpass that figure in 2023.
