423 - Ohio CCW Law Changes - SB 199

On March 21st those of us that carry concealed handguns in the state of Ohio awoke to some important changes in the law. The following list of changes comes from the very comprehensive Buckeye Firearms Association website. I made some changes to the order of presentation, but the list is not my original list.
