When we ask what is the nature of life and death, Sadhguru says, essentially we are wondering “Who am I?” If these questions are genuine and not just for entertainment or solace, then spirituality can provide a path towards a solution. He discusses sanyas and the hormonal “hijack”, explaining that suppression is not a solution, but transcendence is a solution that goes far beyond the problem.
