Loving yourself is crucial for a business owner. Just in general, this will affect every area of your life. It will help you to have improved mental health, resilience, healthy, relationships, self confidence. It also helps you to care for yourself, more, allows for personal growth, reduces stress , and allows for greater empathy for yourself and others.
People who love themselves first, are more happy they make positive choices. They are authentic, and they accept themselves for who they are. I’m not sure that I could even find a more robust list of reasons to do something, but this topic is absolutely critical for your well-being, as well as for your business.
