It’s a generally valid observation that much of what looks too good on the surface turns out to be much worse in reality. If you’re thinking that RV park investing fits this bill, then there are two problems: 1) you are being unrealistic on this investing option and 2) you are not paying enough attention to the risks associated with buying the wrong RV park. RV park investing – like all real estate sectors – has good and bad attributes.
