Emily recently secured the first female Fastest Known Time with Amy DeMarco in a supported effort of the out and back 50+ mile route in the Catskills! In the sub-ultra world at Breakneck Point 21K, Aimee secured a top 10 finish for the first race of the Golden Trail National Series. On this episode, you'll hear, it's not always about the result but the lessons learned along the way!
